Frequently Asked Questions

What types of groups or organizations does NGLB work with?

NGLB supports a wide range of clients, including corporate teams, law firms, military and cadet units, schools, nonprofits, therapeutic organizations, retirement homes, community centers, and private families. Every event is customized to fit the goals and needs of your group.

What kinds of events can you run?

We offer fully facilitated gaming programs for team-building, leadership development, therapeutic play, community engagement, school enrichment, special events, weddings, birthday parties, and more. Events can be competitive, cooperative, educational, or social depending on your goals.

What does a typical event look like?

Our Game Masters arrive on-site, set up the play area, teach the rules, guide the experience, and support participants throughout the event. We tailor the games, session flow, and facilitation style to match the group’s age, ability level, and objectives.

How long are your events?

Most events run between 1.5 to 4 hours, depending on the size of your group and the complexity of the activities. We also offer full-day and multi-session packages for corporate, military, therapeutic, and educational programs.

Do you provide everything needed for the event?

Yes. We provide all games, materials, teaching aids, table coverings, and on-site facilitation. Clients only need to provide an appropriate space with tables, seating, and basic accessibility.

Are your events suitable for people with different abilities or special needs?

Absolutely. Inclusion is a core part of our mission. We adapt gameplay, facilitation, pacing, and equipment to accommodate mobility needs, sensory preferences, learning differences, and accessibility requirements. Just let us know in advance, and we will tailor the experience accordingly.

What is included in a custom event plan?

Your plan outlines recommended games, staffing requirements, session goals, event length, setup needs, and transparent pricing. It also includes customization options such as thematic experiences, leadership analysis, therapeutic facilitation, or wargaming scenarios.

How much do events cost?

Pricing varies based on group size, the number of Game Masters required, event duration, and the complexity or specialization of your program. You will receive a detailed quote after completing the event request form. We use a clear, tiered pricing model to match your objectives and budget.

Do you offer reporting or measurable insights after the event?

Yes. Corporate, military, and therapeutic clients can request an optional post-event report. This may include observations about communication patterns, problem-solving, leadership tendencies, team dynamics, or behavioral insights depending on your goals.

How far in advance should we book?

We recommend booking at least 2–6 weeks ahead, especially for larger events or specialized programs. However, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible.
