Today, No Gamer Left Behind Foundation exists to remove barriers to play and create inclusive, structured gaming experiences that strengthen individuals, families, teams, and communities. This purpose grew from the passion and lived experiences of its founders.
Our program planning process is simple, transparent, and designed to give you complete confidence in partnership with our systematized team. Whether you’re organizing a therapeutic program, a school event, a seniors creative workshop, a corporate workshop, a military training session, or a support group, every step is structured to create a positive and impactful experience.
Start by sharing the basics: your desired outcome, attendee details, group size, goals, preferred date, and the type of experience you want. You can provide as much detail as you like. We build relationships and work with community partners like schoolboards, military and cadet groups, nonprofit organizations, retirement homes, families, universities, government agencies, grassroots gaming communities, and more. Every event is customized to the needs required to generate the desired outcomes.
Once we understand the event or programs goals, we co-design a curated event plan tailored specifically for your program. You’ll receive a clear proposal outlining the recommended games, the number of Game Masters needed, the timeline for the event, the atmosphere, systems, and transparent pricing. This plan ensures you know exactly what we will be producing with you and set clear expectations.
When the plan is approved to move forward we secure the event date and retain a 35% deposit. After that, you can continue to collaborate with our team or NGLB can take care of everything with our team and community partners. We customize the experience, prepare all materials, coordinate staffing, and handle all behind-the-scenes logistics so you can focus on your own event mandates.
On the day of your event, our professional Game Masters arrive on-site with all required equipment. They handle setup, organize the play area, teach the rules, guide the gameplay, and ensure the entire experience runs smoothly. Their role is to keep participants engaged, included, and supported from start to finish — regardless of experience level or group dynamics.
After the event, we collaborate with you to create a brief follow-up to share feedback and capture event outcomes and insights. If you selected a reporting add-on, we provide a detailed post-event report with relevant insights on communication, teamwork, leadership, or group behavior — depending on your goals. These reports are especially valuable for corporate teams, military units, and therapeutic programs seeking measurable outcomes.
