We provide a seamless and engaging experience for your entire group. A typical No Gamer Left Behind event begins with our professional Game Master(s) arriving at your location with a curated selection of games to fit your specific needs. We’ll take about 30-45 minutes for setup, transforming your space into a welcoming and interactive gaming area. Once everyone is ready, we'll quickly and clearly introduce the games, with the average game having a teach time of 10-15 minutes. Our facilitators will then guide your group through the rules and into the fun, ensuring everyone understands and participates. We manage the flow of the event, answering questions and providing assistance, so everyone can focus on the game and each other. For our more complex games, setup and rules can take much longer, and so we only run them during full-day bookings. We will provide “cheat sheets” and game aids to assist with rules and gameplay to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for everyone. Games of this caliber and those that take more than 30 minutes to teach will always be discussed before booking. We have developed and tested our "Gamers Code of Conduct" to ensure each gaming experience is played with respect.
